<image:caption>It is only fitting that Lighthouse Planning has a lighthouse project. We are proudly assisting the Hunter Writers Centre in establishing a community facility and multi arts inititive across the existing lighthouse cottages on Nobbys-Whibayganba headland. This will foster and celebrate the arts of the Hunter Region in a beautiful, culturally-rich setting. Approved by City of Newcastle Council.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Stretton Torquay is a new residential development founded on core values of community, health and lifestyle with beautiful views across Whites Beach and beyond. Lighthouse Planning has assisted in preparation of the Stretton Torquay Design Code and ongoing independent assessment of the proposed dwelling designs within the Estate. This ensures better overarching environmental and design outcomes that reflect the coastal nature of the area.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Projects - Williamtown Shed</image:title>
<image:caption>In collaboration with Bastian Architecture, this new dwelling house considerately draws from the rural surrounds. The built form is deftly articulated through the use of indoor/outdoor areas to separate the sleeping quarters and living areas. A long verandah and swimming pool adjoin the north of the house. Rural developments require a distinct planning focus and often involve careful examination of the broader constraints posed by the natural environment. Approved by Port Stephens Council.</image:caption>
