The built form is deftly articulated through the use of indoor/outdoor areas to separate the sleeping quarters and living areas. A long verandah and swimming pool adjoin the north of the house. Rural developments require a distinct planning focus and often involve careful examination of the broader constraints posed by the natural environment. Approved by Port Stephens Council.
